How to determine the correct size?
To determine the size of your future bracelet, you need to measure the circumference of your wrist at the widest point (at the knuckle) in centimeters or inches without squeezing your wrist excessively.
If you choose a bracelet for a gift, consult a manager who will help you choose the correct size.
Can I exchange the bracelet if the size doesn't fit?
So. We make exchanges if the size doesn't fit you. It is free, you will only pay for shipping.
What is included in warranty and post-warranty service?
The warranty period for our products is 1 year. During this period, we will repair, clean, re-coat or replace the cord free of charge if the appearance of the product is not your fault. After this period, we carry out all product maintenance operations for an additional fee.
What materials do you use in your work for making jewelry?
All bracelets and pendants are made of 925 silver with leather (rarely nylon) cords. We buy leather cords in Europe and the USA from reliable suppliers whose quality we have already verified. Leather straps on some products (anchor bracelet, blind bracelet) are hand-stitched from Italian leather in Kyiv.
What coating are you using?
In making bracelets and other jewelry pieces, we use white / black rhodium or gold plating. White rhodium gives beautiful cold shine to jewelry and protects it from tarnishing. The exception is bracelets that are made with black rhodium coating (blackening) in the recesses. Such decorations are more contrasting. You can choose which coating you like best and matches your style. You should remember that the coating is not eternal, any coating wears off over time and needs to be renewed periodically.
